Photographing weddings is what we do, and we’re lucky enough to love our jobs. Every time we are asked to step inside our clients’ lives to document an incredibly important day we count ourselves lucky; we connect with all of our brides and grooms, and count them among our friends by the time the wedding day rolls around. It’s a rare and special treat when we’re already friends with the couple before the wedding, before the engagement, back when they’re just dating (and even earlier– Em went to high school with Julia). We first met Kevin at our own wedding, when he was Julia’s date for the weekend, and we immediately liked him and hoped he was “the one”. Turns out that’s exactly what he is, and their wedding in Sturbridge, Massachusetts was a perfect country affair. Family and friends added to the smiles, laughter, and tears (and the story-book-perfect weather didn’t hurt!). We’d like to thank our friends for trusting us with such an important job, and are so happy to show you some of our favorite images from the day.
