Our beautiful and awesome friends (oh right, they’re also clients!) Cheryl + Derek are bringing a new life into their home and the world… and we can’t wait to meet her. We found a secluded beach for some celebratory portraits, and Cheryl was her usual gorgeous self, rocking her new status as momma, while Derek’s antics cracked us all up. Meeting new clients for the first time at an engagement session is always fun; meeting them for a walk deep into the woods in Maryland is even better! We hiked hills, picked our way over a stream on mossy rocks, and climbed big boulders, winding up by a lovely lake just before sunset. Adventurous? Absolutely. We think you’re going to like Tara and Josh, and we can’t wait to join them for their wedding next month.
